HNPF—UNIQUE PA TENTED FIREPROOFING TECHNOLOGY

Fiberflex introduces HNPF(HNPF: Halogen-free, Nitrogen & Phosphorus Flameretardant System) into its production. Such technology is based on gaseous phase flame retardancy mechanism. Outer thermal insulation layer exposes to high temperature and heat, carbon membrane will take shape at the surface of polymer material while the surface decompose and generate non-flammable gas, these gas will dilute the oxygen concentration around the fire and prevent the fire spread and stop the fire.
