A. Durkduct Design above the false ceiling

All-air system

Layout design of Durkduct system above the false ceiling is similar to traditional GI duct. If the ceiling space is limited, it is suggested to design in ellipse shape and the branch duct is pref erred to design in round shape. Please ref er to design manual for more information.

Fan coil unit + Fresh air

Fan coil duct comprises of detachable inlet collar , Ellipse durkduct and Diffusox collar or air vents connector . Fan coil duct will discharge air by diffusers or air vents, it can disperse same air volume with larger air velocity and smaller diameter , consuming less material but supplying same air volume.

B. Durkduct design at open ceiling

Main duct and branch duct at open ceiling is suggested to design in straight and round duct with same diameter . It is suggested to discharge air by Precisely-designed orifices on standard air dispersion segment, bringing uniform cross-section air dispersion by static pressure. Durkduct solution ensures visual pleasing and even air dispersion.

Under Floor Air Dispersion System

Underfloor air dispersion system places elastomeric pre-insulated air ducts under the raised access floor as air delivery highway and transmits the conditioned air to the targeted raised access floor area and connect with floor mounted vents, the conditioned air is discharged into the occupied area via floor vents. It is widely applied in data center and other facilities requesting for under floor air supply.

Return air duct

Made of high - strength nano - alloy material, ReturnSox utilize exclusively patented internal support frame to maintain the flexible air duct in rectangle or round shape and return air under negative pressure, matching with air vents and air dampers and replacing traditional return air duct with on - site cable suspension. MODULAR INSTALLATION

Durkduct system integrates and streamlines its production process inside the workshop, leaving the easy installation procedures to on-site worker.That contributes to easier installation, lower cost and shorter construction time compared with that of traditional air duct.
Durkduct system is easy and flexible for adjustment and change with standard module after installation or when there is structure conflict on site. After inspection and acceptance, it is possible to control the airflow and balance the pressure by adjusting the fabric air damper.
